What is Resonance?

Resonance is literally a resounding of the initial tone.  It can be thought of as a ring or buzz. It lends quality, uniqueness, and color to the voice depending on the many different registrational and vowel adjustments utilized in a healthy manner.  Vocal resonance is not something to be made or produced, but rather a happening or byproduct of free muscular function plus proper size and shape of vowel requisite to the pitch.
