VoiceLessons.com: Equity Crowdfunding 101

Vocal Training That Works – Anywhere, Anytime

We were inspired to create VoiceLessons.com to develop a better, more affordable learning platform to benefit vocal coaches and students worldwide. Our patented platform provides the next generation easier access to professional-grade instruction, training, and tools required to develop their own unique voices and unleash their full potential.

We’ve come a long way since its inception back in 2016. Version 3 is in its final stages of development as we prepare to launch our new teacher-student matchmaking tool, followed by Group Lessons. Our research shows that expanding into Group Lessons puts us on a solid pathway to continue growing fast.

Everything You Need to Know About Crowdfunding

Did you know that fewer than 1% of U.S. companies have raised capital from venture capitalists? Equity crowdfunding has made it possible for people (the crowd) to invest in early-stage, privately held companies for shares before they go public.

Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) has provided a new way for startups to raise capital from the general public. In the past, only accredited investors like wealthy angel investors or venture capitalists were able to invest in startups and small businesses with restricted offerings.

However, Reg CF has made it so every day, non-accredited investors can now own shares in businesses that have been vetted by a registered funding portal like Netcapital.

Previously, you had to have an income of at least $200K a year or a networth of at least $1M to get in on the ground floor of potentially huge companies. Title III of the JOBS Act changed that, allowing anyone to invest and permitting companies to receive up to $5M in funding (previously $1.07M).

The JOBS Act has been a boon to the capital markets. It has provided an opportunity for smaller businesses to raise capital and offer an ownership stake to more investors than ever before.

Invest Today!

There are 16,000 voice teachers in the US alone, and 25 million singers. Every year, over 1 million new singers enter the market.

Since the pandemic, a shift has occurred in how teachers and students interact. As of August 2021, 60% of voice teachers intend to continue working online even after COVID restrictions are lifted.

Our secured partnership with the National Association of Teachers of Singing enables us to reach their 6,000+ members. We’re striving to create a marketplace to provide teachers with multiple income streams and price points.

Visit our raise page on StartEngine to learn more about joining our investor community. Please share this opportunity with your friends, family, and network!
